Northumbrian Water Ltd - Pity Me, County Durham - Workshop Refurbishment

Workshop refurbishment comprising of installation of new switch-gear and distribution equipment, energy efficient LED lighting installation, general single and 3-phase power supplies to workshop equipment, heating and ventilation systems, extension of the existing Fire Alarm installation and installation of new Data Cabinet and points to the Ground Floor and newly created Mezzanine areas.

Please note that the workshop area beyond the dividing wall did not form part of these works.

St Georges Church, Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne

Replacement and upgrading of the lighting installation and rationalisation of the distribution system, carried out in such a way to be sympathetic to the interior of this beautiful building.

Shell UK Oils Ltd - Jarrow Terminal - Tyne and Wear - Vehicle Servicing Bay (VSB)

Replacement of complete lighting installation comprising of high level lighting, general work bench task lighting, wash bay and vehicle service pit lighting and other works including replacement of general distribution in the Safe Area and new supplies to the VSB overhead mechanical convector heaters.

Northern Design Centre - Gateshead - Newcastle Upon Tyne

Installation of 200kVA stand-by generator, 20kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), associated switchgear and sub-mains cabling.

English Heritage - Gun Battery - Tynemouth Castle and Priory 

Installation of new switch gear and controls, ventilation and heating systems and rectification works to the general lighting within this historically significant building.

PDSA Petaid Hospital - North Hylton Road - Sunderland

Installation of distribution equipment and cabling main earthing and bonding, small power and containment, General, Emergency and External Lighting, Disabled Alarm and Disabled Refuge Systems, Fire Alarm system, Data / Telephone systems, Intruder / Staff Attack and Staff Assistance Alarms, Door Entry / Access Control and Door Bell systems, Digital TV system, CCTV System, Deaf Aid Induction Loop systems, mechanical services wiring and lightning protection systems - all to the newly constructed hospital.

This project was awarded the RICS Sustainability Award 2011.
